K&L Gates nabs Holding Redlich real estate partner
Former Holding Redlich partner Chris Wille has moved to the K&L Gates Brisbane office.

Mr Wille (pictured) advises institutional property investors and developers on the various aspects of commercial, retail, and residential property, including due diligences, acquisitions, disposals, development, and leasing.
“With demand from Asia spurred on by a lower Australian dollar, it makes sense for me to continue to build my practice at K&L Gates, a firm with a fully integrated platform that includes 11 offices across the Asia-Pacific region.”
Mr Wille is the 10th partner appointment for K&L Gates in Australia since October last year. His appointment takes the total number of partners in Brisbane to 12.
K&L Gates also appointed three former Sparke Helmore lawyers to its Sydney office earlier this week, and also recently announced the promotion of 50 new partners, across four continents, including two in Australia.
Steven Wulff has been appointed as a partner in the Melbourne office. Mr Wulff's practice focuses on domestic and international patent applications spanning a broad array of technologies.
Lucy Williams was named partner in the firm’s Sydney office. Ms Williams advises on complex commercial disputes in a variety of industries, including insurance, finance, property, energy and resources, and environmental consulting.
