Cinzia Donald first joined Lavan Legal's predecessor, Phillips Fox, as an articled clerk in 2006. She worked for the firm for almost five years, achieving the level of senior associate, before leaving for Bennett + Co.

On her return to the firm, she joined the litigation and dispute resolution team as a special counsel.

Ms Donald has managed complex commercial litigation for private and public companies in superior jurisdictions, including the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and the full Federal Court.

She has experience in many areas including property, corporate, commercial, intellectual property, trade practices and general litigation.

“Cinzia is a very talented litigator whose strategic and commercial approach to litigation is highly valued by clients,” said Lavan Legal managing partner Dean Hely.
