M&A specialist Franki Ganter started at Allens in 1997 as an articled clerk.
She went on to work as an associate at law firms in Bermuda and the Channel Islands before returning to Australia to work as a special counsel at Minter Ellison.
“Allens is delighted to welcome Franki Ganter to the partnership. Her experience across key growth sectors including government privatisations, health and aged care, and agribusiness, is complementary to our clients and our pipeline,” said Erin Feros, Queensland practice director.
Managing partner Richard Spurio said it was exciting to welcome an alumna back to the firm.
“Franki Ganter brings an impressive track record across complex transactions and is an asset to our practice domestically and across the region,” Mr Spurio said.
