G+T appoints three to Perth office
Gilbert + Tobin has appointed three new senior associates to its Perth energy and resources, corporate advisory and litigation teams.

Emily Tsokos (pictured) has joined the energy and resources practice. She has previously worked at Herbert Smith Freehills in Paris as well as in-house at Shell.
David Naoum has joined the firm's corporate advisory team, having previously worked at Steinepreis Paganin and Herbert Smith Freehills. Mr Naoum specialises in public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital market transactions and general corporate and commercial matters.
Patrick Tydde has been appointed to the litigation practice. He has worked in London, Perth and more recently at HWL Ebsworth in Melbourne. He has experience in disputes involving the mining and resources industry.
Gilbert + Tobin has also recently lost lawyers, including partner Diane Skapinker and senior lawyer Vicki Aron to K&L Gates in November.
