Clayton Utz brings on external director
The board of Clayton Utz has announced the appointment of Christine Bartlett as an external director from 1 January 2016.

The Clayton Utz board comprises the chief executive partner Robert Cutler, six elected Clayton Utz partners, and two external directors.
Ms Bartlett has previously held senior management roles at National Australia Bank, Jones Lang LaSalle Australia, and IBM Asia Pacific.
She is a non-executive director of Mirvac Limited, GBST Holdings Limited and The Smith Family. She is also a member of Chief Executive Women and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and of UNSW's Australian School of Business Advisory Board.
