Cornwall Stodart appoints insolvency expert
Radhika Kanhai has been appointed as partner in Cornwall Stodart’s reconstruction and insolvency and commercial litigation teams.

Ms Kanhai is vice-president of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation’s Victoria branch and has more than 15 years’ experience in complex court litigation and dispute resolution.
Ms Kanhai has undertaken extensive accredited mediation training and can offer her clients alternative forms of dispute resolution such as negotiation, mediation and conciliation.
Cornwall Stodart chairman John Hutchings said: “We have a long history of delivering exceptional service in reconstruction and insolvency. Radhika’s experience and expertise will further enhance our offerings to clients in this area.”
Earlier this year, Cornwall Stodart appointed Martin Alden as the firm’s head of employment.
