Mr Allen (pictured) has experience in corporate and acquisition finance. He has acted on a range of syndicated, leveraged, project, property and other debt financing arrangements.
He brings with him to the firm a longstanding relationship with CIMIC Group Limited (formerly Leighton Holdings Limited), having advised the group over a number of years.
He has acted for ORIX Australia Corporation Limited and Salmat Limited and has experience advising on debt financing arrangements in the property sector.
“DibbsBarker already has a great presence in the banking and finance space, and I’m excited to help grow that practice even further,” said Mr Allen.
“I am also looking forward to working closely with colleagues in other teams – it’s great to be part of a firm that really fosters collaboration across practice group lines.”
Mr Allen previously worked at Clayton Utz for nine years, including four as a partner in the banking group.
“We are thrilled to have Brad on board,” said managing partner Alan McArthur. “There is no question he will be a great asset to our financial services team and broader commercial practice.”
