Holding Redlich fits like a glove
After four years at DLA Piper and 10 years at Herbert Smith Freehills, Bill Glover is joining Holding Redlich as a partner in the Melbourne team.

“The increasing needs of Holding Redlich’s corporate and institutional client base makes the firm a perfect fit for me,” said Mr Glover (pictured), who has global experience in structuring and executing financing transactions.
Holding Redlich national managing partner Chris Lovell said Mr Glover would accelerate the expansion of the corporate and commercial practice areas.
“Bill will bring to us specialist finance expertise that will complement and deepen the experience and skills of our projects and financial services teams,” Mr Lovell said.
In January, Lawyers Weekly exclusively revealed that the national head of construction, Stephen Pyman, had left Holding Redlich with nine lawyers to start a firm.
Last year partner Carolyn Chudleigh and former construction and infrastructure group head Amanda Davidson also quit Holding Redlich to join Holman Fenwick Willan.
