This week, in Lawyers Weekly’s Deals and Litigation pages, we feature Addisons Lawyers’ work on the listing of the Cheviot Kirribilly Vineyard — the first publicly listed group to own and operate vineyards in Australia. A strategic move to help investors realise once unmarketable land assets in vineyards by trading them for stapled securities, Jeff Mansfield, lead partner on the deal, said it was a “ground-breaking area”.
