Norton Rose Australia partner Grant Bonner offers insight into the recently settled but very complex Tcard litigation.

The recently settled Tcard litigation involved claims for public interest immunity, appeals to the Court of Appeal, use of the special counsel procedure, the discovery of over 1.2 million documents and the evidence of 46 lay witnesses. Norton Rose Australia acted for the two defendants in the case.
