INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATIVE law pioneer, Pauline Tesler, will address LexisNexis family law conferences being held in Brisbane and Sydney next week.

Tesler, a partner at Tesler, Sandmann and Fishman in San Francisco, is a leading trainer in the collaborative practice movement, having trained thousands of lawyers in North America and Europe. She is also the author of several books on the subject.

Collaborative law is a growing movement in Australia, which aims to resolve matrimonial disputes without resorting to litigation.

The training will meet the International Academy of Collaborative Professions (IACP) minimum standards for collaborative practitioners.
