PLAINTIFF LAW firm Maurice Blackburn Cashman (MBC) last week announced a merger with NSW-based industrial and employment firm Whyburns Legal, in a move marked to boost the firm’s injuries practice.

MBC hopes Whyburns Legal’s practice areas of workers compensation, industrial and employment, injuries, wills and conveyancing will complement its own personal injuries, class action, industrial and employment, medical negligence and commercial litigation practice.
