GLOBAL PROVIDER of information and services solutions, LexisNexis, has expanded the scope of its legal information services through the acquisition of Locus Pty Ltd, a supplier of automated legal practice management solutions.

Locus, founded in 1966, delivers integrated software solutions to more than 1,400 individual law offices and more than 15,000 fee earners. Its products span accounting, workflow, document production and matter management, marketing and management reporting software.

“We strive to provide enhanced practice management solutions by offering scalable, streamlined, dynamic tools that help manage a practice efficiently and profitably,” stated Mike Russell, managing director, Locus.
