If the talks are successful, it is expected that the negotiations will last for several days. If they are not successful, the matter is due to be heard before Justice Geoffrey Flick just before Christmas.
In a decision indicative of her great expectations riding on the claim, Fraser-Kirk has already knocked back an offer of $850,000 from David Jones, made just prior to the launch of her claim in August.
