Eight high profile energy and resources lawyers were awarded life membership of the Australian Mining and Petroleum Lawyers Association (AMPLA) at AMPLA's recent annual conference.
Taking up the honour were Denis Gatley (Minter Ellison), Michael Hunt (Hunt and Humphrey), John Kelly (Corrs Chambers Westgarth), Ken MacDonald (Allens Arthur Robinson), David Maloney (Allens Arthur Robinson), Peter Reid (Peter Reid Lawyers), Ewan Vickery (Minter Ellison) and Tony Wassaf (Allens Arthur Robinson).
Making the announcement, AMPLA National President, Tony Wassaf (Allens) said that the national board had declared the nomination of eight new life members in recognition of distinguished service to AMPLA.
