Freehills announced the appointment of Kathryn Everett and Jane Hodder as joint co-chairs of its Women at Freehills steering committee on Monday.
Women at Freehills is an initiative aimed at reinforcing a high performance culture where women have fulfilling, successful careers - including partnership and leadership roles - which balance their needs at various stages of their lives.
Everett and Hodder take over the role from Rebecca Davies who has recently retired as a partner from the firm. Freehills chief executive Gavin Bell said the appointment of co-chairs to the role provided the benefit of two experienced partners and highlighted Freehills' flexible work arrangements.
