DLA PHILLIPS Fox has significantly boosted its construction expertise in Sydney, following the appointment of partner Scott Alden and his team to the firm’s property, infrastructure and development team.

 
 

Formerly a partner at TressCox, Alden’s expertise encompasses government infrastructure projects, general contractual and legislative advice and the tending process, NSW government capital services procurement and infrastructure projects across the transport, ports, water and civil infrastructure sectors.

He is also highly regarded for his experience in the areas of public transport and water infrastructure, and he has been involved in a large number of significant state government infrastructure projects across transport, ports, water and civil infrastructure projects.

Moving across to DLA Phillips Fox with him is senior associate Alyson Eather and solicitor Lee Moore.
