Clyde & Co has been crowned as having the top overall UK law firm website by the 2009 Intendance Research Fast Fifty.

Clyde & Co beat out last year's winner, Allen & Overy, which featured among a shortlist of ten. Clyde & Co also won in the individual categories of website "design" and "branding and positioning". Allen & Overy didn't go home empty handed, however, winning for "best online services". Eversheds also scored highly, being best for "content", while Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer won for "usability".

Admittedly the survey is limited to the just the larger UK firms. Intendance uses The Lawyer UK top 100 (by revenue) as a starting point, then whittles the list down to the Fast Fifty based onwebsite merit.
