Mills Oakley Lawyers has launched a family law practice group, following the appointment of two family law specialists this week.

Damian Harriss and John Mazzotta have both joined the firm as partners in the firm's Melbourne office. Harriss has particular expertise in property, de facto and same sex relationship matters, spousal maintenance and bankruptcy. He also has experience in military disciplinary proceedings and is a legal officer in the Royal Australian Air Force.

Mazzotta's areas of specialty include complex property claims, child custody and contact, spousal maintenance and child support. He also has experience in interstate and international disputes involving children's issues and property matters.
