GRIFFITH UNIVERSITY’S new electronic moot court was opened at the Nathan campus in Brisbane this week by Queensland Attorney-General and Minister for Justice Rod Welford.
Griffith Law School Dean, Associate Professor Justin Malbon said the court would be used by law students to argue hypothetical cases. “Griffith University has identified mooting as an essential part of its program and these skills are developed and assessed throughout the undergraduate law degrees,” he said.
