Formerly a Freehills special counsel, Campbell joins the firm with over 22 years’ experience in energy, resources and mining, project development and financing, asset acquisition and disposals.

He has worked on transactions in more than 20 countries throughout the Americas, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Western Africa, with particular focus on the energy and mining industry.

“The firm and my new partners share my vision for a leading energy and resources practice, which is very exciting,” said Campbell.

Loeliger joins the firm from Allens Arthur Robinson where he specialised in corporate and commercial law as a senior associate. He acts for a broad range of public and private companies in relation to general corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory matters.

Loeliger has advised clients on joint-venture operations, franchising, performance-based contract negotiation and implementing regulatory regimes.

“I’m really keen to apply my legal and business development skills and ideas within a growth environment,” said Loeliger.

Holding Redlich’s announcement follows the recent appointments of DLA Piper’s Michael Grosser and Allens’ Suzy Cairney in Brisbane, as well as Freehills’ Daniel Blue in Melbourne, as partners in the corporate and commercial team.
