Former Blake Dawson special counsel Paul Sartori has been hired to establish and lead PricewaterhouseCooperscorporate and commercial legal practice in Perth.

Sartori practises in corporate and securities law specialising in M&As and equity capital markets transactions.

He began his career over 15 years ago in Perth before moving to London in

2000 to join Berwin Leighton Paisner, where he became partner.

In 2008, Sartori returned to WA, joining Blakes as special counsel where he worked with a wide range of clients in the mining, oil and gas, and financial services sectors.

PwC plans to focus on supporting WA key industries and growing its national legal services which already span the major cities of Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.
