Advent Lawyers today (18 August) announced the appointment of former Taylor Root associate director Neil Williams to the firm's regional executive team.

Discussing how Williams is uniquely qualified to help grow the firm's business, Advent founder and chief executive John Knox said: "With a background in the law, Williams has spent the last 14 years in legal recruitment, business development and client relationship roles and has a unique understanding of what clients want from their lawyers".

"Importantly from a client's perspective, Neil has fantastic relationships and networks in the legal community and that is critically important," he said.

In addition to Taylor Root, Williams has worked extensively with other recruitment firms such as Mahlab Recruitment and TMP Worldwide.
