Minter Ellison Rudd Watts has appointed specialist energy lawyer Sarah Sinclair to the firm's Auckland corporate team as partner.

Previously the corporate legal counsel at Genesis Energy, Sinclair has over 19 years' commercial experience advising clients in infrastructure and energy, regulation and industry arrangements, project finance and public private partnerships, commercial projects, construction and joint ventures.

Her expertise also covers contractual arrangements, negotiation and preparation and managing key stakeholder relationships.
