Henry Davis York has appointed one of its insolvency, commercial and banking lawyers, Philip Crawford, as chairman of partners.

 
 

Crawford has worked with Henry Davis York for more than 30 years, during which time he has acted for major financial institutions and insolvency professionals and also gained significant independent recognition within the legal profession.

His practice encompasses all aspects of security enforcement, insolvency and bankruptcy, bank-orientated litigation, commercial litigation and other forms of dispute resolution.

He advises banks on bank/customer disputes, frauds and forgeries and has represented banks and bank officers in statutory enquiries established by the Independent Commission Against Corruption, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and other government agencies.
