Herbert Geer today (14 July) announced the promotion of telecommunications lawyer Tony Dooley to the position of partner.
He has significant experience in conducting arbitrations and litigation under the telecommunications-specific competition and access provisions in the Trade Practices Act and the Telecommunications Act.
Prior to joining Herbert Geer, Dooley worked at the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman.
"[Tony's] experience with the Telecommunications Ombudsmen means that he is well respected by his clients due to his in-depth understanding of the industry and its regulatory environment," said Herbert Geer's managing partner, Bill Fazio. "Tony is a key member of our hard-hitting telecommunications team, the majority of whom have in-house experience in the telecommunications industry."
