Kliger Partners has appointed two new senior associates.Rob Jackson, formerly a partner at Slater & Gordon, has joined the employment and litigation teams. With more than 15 years experience, Jackson primarily practises in workplace relations and intellectual property. David Honey, formerly of MMR Legal has joined the property, commercial and trade marks teams. Honey’s experience includes commercial and retail leasing, large scale residential and commercial developments.
Maurice Blackburn Cashman has made four appointments to its Principals. Anne Gooley, employment and industrial law section (Melbourne), Geraldine Collins TAC Sunshine office (Melbourne), Rebecca Gilsenan, major projects (Sydney), and Anna Walsh (Sydney).
Herbert Geer & Rundle has appointed three partners, all from within the firm. Property specialist Adriana Zuccala works in property development, subdivisions, bodies corporate and construction law. Workplace services specialist Chris Singleton has expertise in occupational health & safety, personal injury and Workcover/accident compensation. Tax specialist Marina Papas has expertise in commercial law, contracts and general corporate work.
Naomi Kelly has recently joined Clayton Utz as a special counsel with the construction practice in Melbourne. She specialises in front-end construction projects, has more than 15 years in practice acting for large government and private clients. In particular, Naomi has extensive expertise and experience in the use of public private partnerships and a wide variety of project delivery methods. Kelly was formerly a special counsel at Minter Ellison.
