Mills Oakley Lawyers has appointed Julian Ramasamy to the position of operations manager working exclusively within the Workcover team. He was previously employed by Slater & Gordon and Mills Oakley said his appointment forms part of Mills Oakley’s commitment to client service and continual improvement.
RAJ Lawyers has appointed Margaret Sneddon as the head of commercial litigation and insolvency. She previously practised as counsel at the Wentworth Chambers in Sydney.
Former Coles Myer legal counsel, Mark Foy, has joined McCullough Robertson as a partner in the firm’s property development team. Foy managed one of the largest in-house commercial property teams with a national focus and prior to that spent 10 years with Clayton Utz Brisbane, working in the property transactions and development area.
Andrew Croxford and Caitlin Dwyer have recently joined the Melbourne office of Gadens Lawyers. Croxford was previously at a top-tier national law firm where he practised in the areas of personal and product liability and professional indemnity. Dwyer will be working with Stuart Eustice in the self insured workcover practice area within the insurance group.
