Melbourne law firm Hall & Wilcox has promoted three of its lawyers to the position of senior associate.

After relocating to Australia from the Channel Islands, Emma Woolley joined the firm with 11 years’ experience with offshore law firm Ogier & Le Masurier. Woolley was recently admitted as an Australian lawyer, having completed her law degree and articles of clerkship program in Australia. She brings a wide range of experience to the firm in the areas of wealth management and succession planning.

Since joining the firm in April 2005, Adrian Lynch has made a substantial contribution to the firm’s commercial practice. Lynch has built on his experience in business sales and acquisitions, particularly family-owned businesses and complex management buy out arrangements.

Prior to commencing with Hall & Wilcox’s WorkCover practice, Anastasia Coutsouvelis was a lawyer with TAC Law and Allianz. These roles provided her with invaluable experience in WorkCover law and the management of common law recoveries.
