GHD appoints new APAC GC
Professional services company GHD has named a new general counsel to lead across the Asia-Pacific region.

Kelly Crawford (pictured) has been appointed as general counsel for APAC at GHD and will report to chief legal officer Denise Obst.
“With a proactive work ethic and a strong ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, Kelly is expected to play a key role in GHD’s growing legal team,” it noted.
Speaking about her appointment, Ms Crawford said: “I’m delighted to have joined GHD at such an exciting time of growth and expansion for the enterprise globally.
“As a trusted advisor with substantial experience in stakeholder engagement and delivering solution-focused strategic outcomes, I look forward to making a significant impact not only across the APAC region, but more broadly across GHD.”
Ms Obst added that the appointment adds “significant bench strength” to GHD’s legal team, especially in line with the expansion of the team to meet GHD’s global growth.
