The proposed $152.5 million fully underwrittencapital raising will take place via an accelerated rights issue announced yesterday (9 November).

The offer follows the implementation of a scrip merger of Catalpa Resources and Conquest Mining and completion of Catalpa's acquisition from Newcrest Mining.

Allens Arthur Robinson acted for the major stakeholder, Newcrest.
