Allion Legal has acted for a leading engineering and construction company on its acquisition through a scrip deal worth up to $22.8 million.

 
 

The Western Australia-based company Arccon (WA) Pty Ltd - expected to have FY 2011 revenues in excess of $90 million - was acquired by Allmine Group Limited, an ASX-listed mining services business with a focus on the maintenance and repair of earthmoving machinery and fixed plant.

Principal at Allion Legal, Simon Panegyres, acted for Arccon (WA) Pty Ltd while Steinepreis Paganin acted for Allmine.

The combination of the two businesses is intended to deliver a "cradle to grave" solution to the mineral resources industry, offering design, engineering, construction, procurement and maintenance services across mine site fixed and mobile plant.
