The action settled for $110 million on 21 July 2010, with no admission of liability from Multiplex.
The Federal Court approved the settlement, which was negotiated before the matter was scheduled for trial in October this year.
The Mallesons team included dispute resolution partners Robyn Chalmers, Moira Saville and Kate Mills, and senior associate Alexander Morris.
