Swoop acquires Sydney dark fibre network
Australian telco company Swoop has acquired a 58-kilometre dark fibre network, covering the Sydney central business district and outer metro areas.

Deal significance: Under the deal, Swoop will acquire Luminet’s 58-kilometre dark fibre network, which covers many of Sydney’s interconnection points, data centres and hyperscale facilities.
