NRF elevates 3 to partnership
Global firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced that three of its senior lawyers would be elevated to the partnership in Australia.
Norton Rose Fulbright (NRF) chief executive partner Alison Deitz has welcomed the promotions of Kate Green, Harriet Oldmeadow and Nick Sinclair to partner, effective on 1 January 2022. The three lawyers have shown promise in the areas of dispute resolution, arbitration, corporate and commercial, projects, finance and more.
“Our new partners have developed expertise and strong client relationships in their chosen industries, including financial services, energy and resources, and infrastructure. Their mix of skills and experience, gained in Australia and overseas, will help our domestic and international clients navigate changes and opportunities.”
Based in Sydney, Ms Green advises clients in financial services, pharmaceutical, mining, and the aviation industries. In addition to her experience in Australia, she has worked in the US and has advised on cross-border disputes as well as global anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, and export control investigations and prosecutions.
Also based in Sydney, Ms Oldmeadow specialises in project delivery and all forms of dispute resolution in respect of construction, infrastructure and renewable energy contracts. The firm said she is known for providing technically excellent, strategic and timely advice to clients and is a skilled negotiator.
Finally, Mr Sinclair is a finance lawyer based in Perth who has extensive experience advising both sponsors and lenders on all the development and financing aspects of mining, oil and gas, power, and infrastructure transactions across the world. He recently moved back from Singapore, where he was working on international project development and finance transactions.
