Quadrant invests in Seertech Holdings
Corrs Chambers Westgarth has advised Quadrant Private Equity (Quadrant) on its investment in Seertech Holdings (Seertech).

Deal significance: Seertech delivers learning and compliance management software to enterprise customers globally, in industries including technology, financial services, mining, transport, healthcare, and government, a statement from Corrs explained.
Commenting on the matter further, lead private equity partner Ricky Casali said: “It was great to work with the Quadrant team again and leverage the firm’s expertise to support Quadrant on this investment. Congratulations to Quadrant on making their first investment from Growth Fund 2.”
