SiteMinder sees international backing in latest funding round
Gilbert + Tobin has advised SiteMinder on its latest funding round involving multiple international and Australian investors.

Deal significance: SiteMinder is an Australian tech company that specialises in hotel guest acquisition software. Founded in 2006, the group services tens of thousands of hotels across 150 countries.
This latest capital raising of $100 million was supported by multiple “high-quality international and Australian investors,” according to Gilbert + Tobin, who noted the transaction follows a previous capital raise of over $100 million in January 2020, which saw SiteMinder breaking through a $1 billion valuation.
