HEO Robotics completes seed capital raise
Global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills has advised High Earth Orbit Robotics (HEO Robotics) on its seed capital raise.

Deal significance: HEO Robotics is described as an Australian company and the world’s “first commercially operating in-orbit inspection company”. Its technology enables high-quality imagery and monitoring of valuable space assets and space situational awareness, as per a statement provided by Herbert Smith Freehills.
HEO Robotics’ new capital “will be employed to fund the continued growth and expansion of the company including the launch of HEO Inspect, a satellite inspection product,” the statement added.
Commenting further, co-head of venture capital (Australia) Ms Henderson said: “It was a pleasure to work with such a talented and innovative team at HEO Robotics, and to see Australian technology talent and know-how gaining momentum on the world stage. Congratulations to the company on this huge achievement.”
