CALUMO acquired by global financial reporting provider
DLA Piper has advised insightsoftware on its acquisition of Australian-headquartered company CALUMO.

DLA Piper’s US team also supported on corporate and tax issues and included Bradley Gersich, Michael Cubell, Eileen O'Pray and Grace Guan.
Deal significance: insightsoftware is described as a “global provider of financial reporting and performance management solutions for the Office of the CFO”.
Meanwhile, CALUMO is an Australia-based business intelligence and corporate performance management (CPM) platform.
“insightsoftware operates in every region of the world, with customers in more than 130 countries and a community of thousands of channel partners,” a statement from DLA Piper said.
