Deal: Doctor Care Anywhere Group PLC (Doctor Care Anywhere) has been advised on the ASX listing and IPO.

Value: Doctor Care Anywhere opened the offer for a $102 million raising on 16 November and listed on 4 December with an offer price of $0.80. The company had a market capitalisation of $254.8 million on listing, a statement from G + T confirmed.

Deal significance: Doctor Care Anywhere was created in 2013 and is best described as being a doctor-founded, UK-based telehealth company.

Through its technology platform, Doctor Care Anywhere offers virtual GP consultations and diagnostic referrals and specialist reviews.

“It was a pleasure to work with the team at Doctor Care Anywhere on its successful ASX listing,” said lead partner Adam Laura.

“It is encouraging that Australia is seen as such a buoyant and stable market for foreign companies to raise capital, during a time of global uncertainty.

“We are also honoured to help Doctor Care Anywhere on its mission — providing quality telehealth services across the UK and more broadly as the company continues to grow.”
