Karen Jarman has been named the newest associate to join Slaters’ medical negligence team as it looks to ramp up its Queensland business.

Ms Jarman brings more than 15 years' experience to her new role, having acted in vast medical law claims in both Australia and the UK.

We are delighted to have Karen Jarman joining us,” said Slater and Gordon Queensland medical law practice leader Bill King.

“Karen Jarman is recognised as one of Queensland’s leading medical negligence lawyers and this addition to our team will enable us to broaden the depth of expertise we can provide our clients in the area of compensation for catastrophic injuries.”

Commenting further, Slater and Gordon Queensland general manager Karen Murphy said Ms Jarman would allow the team to grow the medical law practice in specialist areas.

“With leading lawyers such as Karen Jarman, Slater and Gordon can continue to deliver on our growth mission and deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients,” Ms Murphy said.

We warmly welcome Karen Jarman into our firm.”
