Dentons expands Brisbane practice
Dentons has bolstered its Brisbane-based corporate practice with the addition of a new partner.

The global law firm has added Esteban Gomez to its partnership, who brings with him over 15 years’ experience advising on corporate advisory matters, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions in Australia, as well in the United Kingdom and United States.
“Esteban is an important hire for the firm, and in particular for our clients in Brisbane, who can now access corporate advice nationally,” said Dentons’ Australia CEO Ian Dardis.
“Esteban’s appointment to the partnership follows other recent significant hires in the corporate, life sciences, and intellectual property and technology teams in line with Dentons’ strategy to grow the Australia region.
“Esteban’s experience in both Australian and overseas markets will also be a valuable asset to the firm.”
Commenting on his new role, Mr Gomez said: “I’m excited to be part of establishing a brand new corporate practice in Brisbane.”

Emma Musgrave (née Ryan) is the managing editor, professional services at Momentum Media.
Emma has worked for Momentum Media since 2015, including five years spent as the editor of the company's legal brand - Lawyers Weekly. Throughout her time at Momentum, she has been responsible for breaking some of the biggest stories in corporate Australia. In addition, she has produced exclusive multimedia and event content related to the company's respective brands and audiences.
Prior to joining Momentum Media, Emma worked in breakfast radio, delivering news to the Central West region of NSW, before taking on a radio journalist role at Southern Cross Austereo, based in Townsville, North Queensland.
She holds a Bachelor of Communications (Journalism) degree from Charles Sturt University.
