Raiz Invest advised on ASX listing
FinTech app Raiz Invest has been advised on its acquisition, group restructuring and public offering by KPMG Law.

Value: On its listing, Raiz had an approximate market capitalisation of $120 million.

Key players: The KPMG team was led by partner and Australian head of FinTech Astrid Raetze and director Hoda Nahlous, who was assisted by Nathan Jones, Dillon Fuzi and Bree Taylor.
Deal significance: Raiz lodged its prospectus with ASIC for the offer of 8.4 million fully paid ordinary shares at an offer price of $1.80 per share, raising over $15 million.
On its listing, Raiz had an approximate market capitalisation of $120 million.
Speaking about the matter, Ms Raetze said the team had worked tirelessly to deliver the project and outcome for Raiz within a tight time frame.
