Minters boosts M&A team in July promos
MinterEllison has announced its latest round of senior promotions, with a focus on its M&A practice.

The firm recently announced 12 partner promotions, six of which were in the M&A practice.
The firm also promoted partners David Woodman in HR and industrial relations, Ramanan Rajendran and Will Sharpe in insurance and corporate risk, Eve Eisman and Carrie Metcalfe in projects, infrastructure and construction, and Elissa Romanin in tax.
In addition, Minters welcomed six new special counsel: Wayne Fellows in financial institutions, Eliza Evans in HR and industrial relations, Keith Tan and Annabel West in M&A, Tim Poisel in real estate, environment and planning, and Daniel Slater in tax.
The firm also announced 32 senior associate promotions, including six each in the M&A and projects, infrastructure and construction practices.
