Canada fund invests in Aussie assets
One of the largest funds in Canada has invested over $135 million in five PPPs managed by Plenary Group.

Deal significance: The Québec-based fund Caisse has CD$152 billion in net assets. It has taken stakes in five PPPs managed by Melbourne-based Plenary, including the Melbourne Convention Centre and Australian Defence Force accommodation units.
