Global group takes over local seal distributor
Two firms have acted on global company Freudenberg’s acquisition of Australian hydraulic and pneumatic seal distribution company Ludowici.

Germany-based global technology company Freudenberg Group acquired Ludowici as part of a plan to widen the company’s global distribution network for industrial and automotive sealing products.
