Allens, Clayton Utz, Corrs, work on MYOB sale
Allens Arthur Robinson, Clayton Utz, and Corrs Chambers Westgarth have advised on the agreement to sell Australia's largest independent software vendor, MYOB Limited.

The sale, to global private investment firm Bain Capital, is expected to be the biggest private equity transaction of 2011 in the Australian market.
Allens partner Tom Story lead the firm's team, advising the Archer Capital led consortium on the agreement.
Story was assisted by partner Richard Gordon, senior associates Damon Angus and Kristy Less, senior overseas practitioner Richard Bell and lawyers Adrian MGruther and Ben Friis-O'Toole.
Clayton Utz advised Bain Capital with global law firm Ropes & Gray, and Corrs advised Bain Capital's financiers.
Allens advised Archer earlier this year on its acquisition of private hospital Healthe Care, and advised Archer's financiers on its acquisition of V8 Supercars Australia.
