Deal significance: The Pringles® acquisition nearly triples the size of Kellogg Company's international snacks business, further strengthening Kellogg Company's competitive position in global snacks and making Kellogg Company the world's second-largest savoury snacks player. The transaction involved 11 international jurisdictions.
