NRA and Freehills advise on schools deal
Norton Rose and Freehills have advised on the acquisition of the South Australia Schools Public Private Partnership by AMP Capital.

Deal significance: The project includes six newly constructed schools in Adelaide, including primary, middle, secondary, special education schools and childcare centres, and has an enterprise value of $232 million. The acquisition gives AMP Capital’s managed funds and clients access to a high-quality PPP asset providing availability-based revenue backed by the AAA rated South Australian Government.
